Hi there, lovely followers! Thought I’d make this post now, on my 20th birthday, of all times…seemed like a good moment to do it.

So. This decision has been a long time in the making. But I think that ultimately it would be best for me to part with my favorite little blog, at least for now. Tumblr has been a huge part of my life for over three years now, and I wouldn’t have had it any other way. It has taught me about myself and my writing, and has assured me that there are lots of other people out there just like me. I’ve made unforgettable friendships and honed in on my writing skills; I’ve learned to defend my arguments and to know when to peacefully step down. Say what you want about Tumblr, but I will stand my ground in saying that it teaches you life lessons as anything else can. Nonetheless, I am finishing up my sophomore year at college, and I will be embarking on a journey abroad at university in England in the fall. I’ve got a lot on my plate, now, and I just don’t think I can keep up my blog the way I have in the past, and the way all of you deserve—because there are some of you who’ve been following me since the beginning, and I’d hate to disappoint you! My Tumblr heyday has come and gone. It’s time to let go. So, I’ve decided to keep my blog mostly inactive from this point on. 

But wait! Don’t click that unfollow button just yet. I’ll still be around, checking up on all of you lovelies, so if you see an occasional graydorians likes this, don’t be alarmed. I’m going to keep up graydorians for posterity, and for any little reblog I’d like to post now and then if I stumble upon something I’d like to keep on my blog; I also have a few graphics still queued up that I may post. The return of Whose Line in July will naturally bring me back here, as well. So I’m not disappearing completely. Not to sound cheesie (as if this entire post hasn’t done that for me already), but graydorians is part of me and I couldn’t bear to ever delete it. (:

So, here it is. So long, Tumblr! It’s been a fantastic ride. <3
